I_HeERO activities at the ITS European Congress, Glasgow, 6-9 June 2016:
The I_HeERO project will be present in Glasgow at 2 stands:
- I_HeERO stand – C40 (as part of the ERTICO stand)
- Stand of ITS Deutschland – D60
Attend the presentation of I_HeERO during Technical Session TS02 – 7 June 2016 from 11h00 to 12h00
F Harnischmacher from KTM will present the paper “I_HeERO – State of the art assessment P2W eCall” during Technical Session TS02 “Safety & Sustainability” 7 June 2016 from 11h00-12h00.
Session venue will be room Dochart 1, Upper level.
Attend the European Commission event
The EU will organise an event involving I_HeERO partners at the EC stand (B40) June 7, 2016 from 10h30 to 12h00. More information will follow.
I_HeERO demo Ridersmate
Aligned with Topic 3 of the ITS Glasgow 2016 congress ‘New Transport Services from Satellite Technology’, I_HeERO will be showcasing an innovative and forward looking demonstration. The eCall prototype will feature the full functionality over cellular network as well as the transmission of MSD over low-cost and low-bandwidth satellite communication (when cellular is unavailable). The demo is limited to demonstrate the potential of using satellite technology and is not for promoting a particular solution or architecture – as these are still being defined in the context of I_HeERO activities (for e.g. NG112 eCall).
