DEMO SCENARIO

  • Demonstration of a SCANIA truck crash demonstration with a tanker, a three-chamber truck carrying ADR mode, 3 different substances in one tank with a TATRA Tracks Phoenix vehicle that does not carry a dangerous cargo and is equipped with both ADR non ADR equipped with IVS E Call for HGV plus Driver Tablet. A passenger car with E CALL equipment for passenger cars is also attached to the accident. Simulation of a complex traffic accident will be in the outdoor areas of the LOWER AREA OF VÍTKOVICE. The lecture hall will feature a full-featured DEMO PSAP platform including a professional 112 emergency call service, the video from this room will be transmitted via a video channel to an outdoor simulation of a traffic accident so that attending conferences can see both the simulation of a traffic accident itself and the situation it sees on the dispatching screens IZS-Integrated Rescue System. On the screen that will be transmitted to the trunk by remote video transmission, the E CALL for HGV will be gradually displayed from the SCANIA, followed by Call for HGV from the TATRA and e Call from the passenger car. Instead of a simulated accident, a special unmanned DRON will arrive, which will monitor the traffic accident from the air, to prevent the release of dangerous substances into the ground. One of the truck drivers uses the Driver Tablet to shoot and then send a video simulated accident to their own traffic dispatch to report the crash to their carrier.

The EDMOND project was solved together with ISW GmbH Germany, Oltis Slovakia, DEKRA CZ and Miroslav Haltuf. The aim of the project is to prepare an electronic register of transport bills for the transport of dangerous goods and to prepare a cloud platform for the interconnection of transport companies and security and rescue services, which would subsequently become an instrument for emerging EU legislation on the transport of dangerous goods.
